Craniosacral

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on balancing the central nervous system through subtle touch. By working with the craniosacral rhythm (the movement of fluid around the brain and spinal cord), this therapy helps to release tension, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

During a session, you will remain fully clothed while Kelsey communicates each step in the process. She uses light, non-invasive touch on the head, neck, spine, pelvis, and feet. Craniosacral Therapy is often seen as a gentle but powerful way to promote deep relaxation and support overall well-being. Many individuals who experience this treatment report feeling a significant reduction in stress and relief from pain. It can be especially helpful for those dealing with headaches, neck pain, anxiety, or emotional distress, offering a nurturing space for healing and comfort.

CST is recommended for individuals navigating life after a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), sports related injuries, and in the treatment of MVAs (Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Client Reviews

“I had the most blissful massage with Kelsey Crawford! She was able to blend long relaxing strokes with deep tissue pressure seamlessly. She used other techniques that I’d never experienced before, which had me melting like butter. I felt deeply nourished and safe in her space. I highly recommend!”

“Kelsey is an INCREDIBLE massage therapist among many other things. I have received both Reiki and massage from Kelsey. As a massage therapist myself, I have received many massages over my lifetime, my experience with Kelsey has stuck out to me the most. I’m extremely excited that she also takes insurance so I’ll be able to see her often. Her reiki sessions are also deeply relaxing and any service from her feels so nurturing and intentional. I’m also lucky enough to have her tarot deck and a few of her prints that I had in my own treatment room. I can’t say enough good things. Kelsey is so mindful and intentional in everything she does. I can’t wait to book with her again.”

“I had such a great experience with Kelsey today for my Prenatal Massage. From the moment I walked in, she had this calm, kind energy that instantly put me at ease. She was so caring and clearly very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I’ll admit, I was a little unsure about how a side-lying massage would feel, but it ended up being incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I left feeling lighter, less tense, and truly cared for. I can’t wait for my next appointment.”
